Thummarong Nontaruk

Thummarong Nontaruk was born on 15 October 1973 in Bo Phloi, Kanchanaburi. He finished elementary school in his home town and then started work in a factory. In 1997 he was hit by a bullet on his way home from work. Since then he has no movement from the shoulder downwards. 7 years after this incident, he met his future wife. She supports her husband where she can. Thummarong Nontaruk tries to earn his living by drawing pictures. Mr Nontaruk learned painting via YouTube videos. The art teacher Mr Khongrit Laothong taught him further techniques at home. He draws the pictures with his mouth and paints with watercolours.
