Restituto Samblas Punzano was born on 19 July 1955 in Hornos de Segura (Spain). For quite a while he has been unable to use arms and legs, which means that he is now tetraplegic. About a year ago he began to paint with his mouth and, an autodidact, has been able to make rapid and considerable progress.
