Sáenz Portillo Francisco

Fernando Saenz Portillo was born on 17 December 1949 in Polanco Batopila Chihuahua. He attended primary and secondary school and became a private accountant. In 1988 a ricochet bullet completely changed his life and that of his family. He suffered a head injury, was in a coma for about one month and was then transferred to Los Mochis for rehabilitation purposes. The head injury resulted in paralysis of his upper and lower limbs. VDMFK Student Member Perla Fabiola Espinoza Vega encouraged him to start mouth painting and gave him lessons for a while. His enthusiasm for painting is boundless. As a result he is continuously making progress.
