Mr. John Jairo Rueda was born on May 25, 1970 in Bogota. He has been disabled from birth. He cannot use his arms since he does not have hands. The artist frequented elementary school and secondary school. Four years ago Mr. Rueda began painting with his mouth and his foot. He has already participated in an exhibition.
