María Victoria Rodríguez Roca has been suffering from progressive multiple sclerosis for 18 years and is therefore confined to the wheelchair. As she can neither use arms nor legs she developed creative abilities and discovered her interest in painting at a mobility centre for the disabled where she learned to paint holding a brush in her mouth. In the meantime the artist has painted innumerable watercolours which she exhibited successfully on many occasions. She is self-taught. Her favourite subjects are landscapes.
