Rosalia Reyes Torres was born on 4 September 1965 in Durango with rudimentary arms. She attended primary and secondary school. Since 1983 she has been working as an assistant teacher in a kinder garden for children with health problems. There she started to paint with her foot and discovered her artistic talent which she strives to develop further.
