Cesar Yaen Moreno Diaz was born in Mexico City on 27 December 2004. The little boy was born without arms and legs. For one-and-a-half months after his birth, his mother took him to the Teletón rehabilitation centre for children (CRIT) where he underwent many rehabilitation treatments over the course of time. The therapy helped him to move his throat and become a more independent child. By using his body to hop along, he is able to sit down on chairs and can go up and down stairs. Cesar began his education at the "Profesor Candelario Mejía y Cervantes' primary school where he is currently in the fourth grade. He even learned to swim, and won the third prize in his class at a swimming competition. Cesar began to paint and draw with his mouth when he was 3 years old. He has been taking regular painting lessons since March 2012. He is a highly promising talent.
