Yeimar Marroquin Bonilla was born in Rovira on 10 February 1973. After seven years of service in the national police force, he was shot in the neck. This incident left him a quadriplegic. He lives with his wife in the city of Ibagué and dedicates himself to mouth painting. Yeimar enjoys painting landscapes of his region in oils and hopes at some point to be able to open a small business.
