Kasumovic Alen

Alen Kasumovic was born with congenital arthrogryposis in Zagreb on 26 January 1991. He is unable to use arms and legs since birth. As early as in primary school Alen Kasumovic laid the foundation for mouth painting when he made his first sketches. He completed secondary school and subsequently took a preparatory course for graphics technicians at the Dubrava educational and training centre. The preferred techniques of the mouth painter are watercolour, tempera, ink and pen wash drawings. The talented artist above all draws inspiration from abstract art, cubism and expressionism.
