Kaminska Monika

Miss Monika Kaminska was born on July 03, 1974 in Zielona Gora (Poland). At the age of four weeks she contracted severe pneumonia which caused her clinical death for a short period of time. The disease led to severe brain damage due to which the artist can no longer use her arms and legs. She cannot move indepently and suffers from spastic paralysis. Miss Kaminska is a pupil and frequents the third form of the grammar school of fine arts in Zielona Góra. She is a mouth painter and has been painting in watercolours and gouache; recently she also started painting on cotton and silk. The artist has already had a personal exhibition at a public press café.
