Jacay Belinda Arteaga

Belinda Jeaneth was born on 8 January 2006 in Tarma, Peru, with the disease arthrogryposis multiplex congenita. Due to this disease she cannot use her arms or legs. She currently attends the "La Alegría del Señor" school for physically disabled children. In 2010, she started to paint with a brush in her mouth for the first time. Since then she has been receiving painting lessons from a painting teacher, Magaly Laban. The talented mouth painter is currently learning water colour painting.
