Bemri Najet

Najet BEMRI was born on 14 June 1978 in El Queslatia in Tunisia. Since birth she suffers from a physical disability that affects her upper limbs. At the age of four she had already started painting on paper and then she tried to paint on wood and glass at home. She did not attend primary and vocational school as she spent most of her time in hospital. She is able to read Arabic script and has a good general knowledge. She gets her knowledge and information about current events from the media. For three years she received private art lessons. She has already participated in three art exhibitions in Monastir and Tunisia.
