In April 2026, the VDMFK will hold its General Assembly in London. According to Article 18 of the statutes, a members’ meeting must be held every three years – for this reason, the board has decided to hold a General Assembly. This will take place from April 12 to 17, 2026, in the British capital.
The year 2026 is a very special one for our association: We are celebrating the 70th anniversary of the VDMKF. The highlight of the anniversary week will be the festive gala evening on April 13, 2026, in the historic Guildhall, the former town hall of the City of London.
Another cultural highlight will be the art exhibition, the opening of which will take place on April 14, 2026, in the impressive Lindley Hall in Westminster.
As part of the general assembly on April 14, 2026, the elections for the board members will also be held – in accordance with Section 19 of the statutes.
