On March 8, the Croatian foot painter Stjepan Perkovic from Croatia had the honour of participating in the Women’s Day celebrations in Zagreb. Jazz singer Lela Kaplowitz and her husband, pianist Joe Kaplowitz, organized a beautiful festive concert dedicated to women. Numerous performers took part in the event as guests (including the artist’s wife). Mr. Perkovic was selected and invited to exhibit about 50 of his foot-painted pictures in a slide show during the singing performances.
