On 5 September, on the occasion of the International Day of Mouth-and Foot Painters, the new ONCE lottery coupons with the international logo of the mouth and foot painting artists appeared in Spain.
ONCE is a social organisation for the blind and disabled that sells coupons in addition to the Spanish state lottery. That is why we are all pleased that five and a half million coupons are distributed throughout Spain showing the artistic creation of mouth and foot painters.
