Aaron Yeo Kwok Chian won this year’s Shining Hearts Award in Singapore in April 2024.
The North East HeARTS Award is an initiative of the City of Singapore that supports the lives of people with disabilities and encourages their creativity and personal development in the visual arts. The project not only recognises artistic achievements. It is also a stepping stone for further artistic training and accompanies the participants in their artistic process.
The award was presented to Aaron Yeo Kwok Chian by a Singaporean Minister and the Mayor of Singapore’s North-East District, Mr Desmond Choo.
