The Argentinian mouth painter Cesar Andres Barcia took part in the 13th edition of the Open Arts in the Norcenter shopping centre in Buenos Aires. This event is very important in Argentina and is attended by many guests.
About 60 artists were invited. Cesar Andres Barcia exhibited his works from 28 to 31 June 2019 and presented a painting demonstration on these three days.
