Monika Duda

Monika Duda was born without arms on 30 April 1999 in Rzeszów. In 2023, she began drawing and painting – inspired by her encounter with Stanisław Kmiecik (Full Member) as well as with children who paint with their feet. At that time, she realised for the first time that she could draw and paint even without hands. She became aware that her disability does not necessarily limit her in these activities. When she started painting, some elements did not succeed as she had wished at first, but she found that good results can be achieved through movement and practice. In addition, creative work began to give her joy. She aims to learn new painting techniques, try out different forms of expression and above all experience enjoyment in the creative process.
