The German publishing house of mouth- and foot painters (MFK Verlag) is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and so the annual workshop was dedicated to this special anniversary.
From 21 to 27 August 2017, Lars Höllerer, Thomas Kahlau, Antje Kratz, Selma Aman, Markus Kostka, Reinhard Melzer and Waldemar Merz met in Potsdam for a common workshop.
Monika Sieveking, the artistic director led through the theme “from a photo to a picture”.
The president of VDMFK, Serge Maudet and the Director Mario Famlonga traveled also to Germany to participate on the opening evening.
A special highlight of the workshop was a trip with the steamer boat “the flying Dutchman” on the river Spree. The artists and the guests enjoyed the wonderful occasion and the time together.
