María Torcoroma Arévalo Bayona

María Torcoroma Arévalo Bayona was born on 14 September 1982 in Ábrego Norte, Colombia, without arms. She attended primary school and from a young age discovered a deep passion for art, teaching herself to paint with her feet.

Over the years, María has taken part in numerous exhibitions, sharing her creativity and perspective through her paintings. She lives with her parents and her three children, balancing family life with her artistic pursuits.

María particularly enjoys working with oil paints, which allow her to express her emotions and individuality. She remains dedicated to developing her artistic skills and continuing her creative journey.
