The mouthpainter Rudy Steffany was born on 12 April 1971 on Samoa. He completed Leone High School in 1989. He worked for the Plaza furnishing house prior to his car accident. The artist is a quadriplegic who has practically lost the use of his hands, he cannot hold anything anymore. Rudy Steffany has been painting for six months and attends an arts course at Community College.
