William Ngo was born on 14 March 1965 in Singapore. He was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy when he was 17 years old. The muscles in his hands became increasingly weak. At the age of 30 he was forced to give up his job. Today he has lost all use of his upper extremities. William Ngo prefers painting landscapes using watercolours.
