Short Biography
He was born in Cali (Valley) in 1964. While studying Accounting, he suffered an accident that left him totally paralyzed in his legs and arms. While starting his rehabilitation at the Hospital Universitario del Valle, his dedication for painting was initiated during this process. Carlos is an empirical and self-taught artist.
