Short Biography
I am 32 years old when a road accident left me paralysed from chest down. I was riding a motorbike, which skidded while I was making a u-turn. Now I am a complete tetraplegic. I have a fractured dislocation of the motor region at C5 and C6 region of the spinal cord. Before my accident I was undergoing training for a petrochemical company (Seraya Chemicals) as a process technician.
I have been a member of Handicaps Welfare Association since 1996. Till today I still go there for my rehabilition exercises. I have tried doing telemarketing over the phone hoping that it could help me earn some income. Due to my inability to use my hands it wasn't possible. I then decided to do painting as I always had interest in it. I was doing arts in my school days. So I picked up the brush and started painting using my mouth, I felt the joy of the outcome of my paintings and actually I enjoy it. It has been 10 years now that Mouth & Foot Painting Artists has helped me to have a career as an artist.
