Short Biography
He was born on February 20, 1980 in Zulia, North of Santander. At the age of 23, while working as a driver in a company, he was involved in a motor vehicle accident while transiting through one of the main roads in Cucuta. This event left him a quadriplegic. At this very young age, Jorge already had two children.
He later met our artist Néstor Raúl Ruiz, who motivates him to study painting and follow thru to become part of the Association of Painters. He is currently taking painting classes with Néstor at the workshop of teacher Alonso Ceron.
