Jesus Olinto Narváez lost the mobility of his arms and legs after a serious auto accident in 1991. Nevertheless, this painter, originally from Santa Bárbara de Barinas, has developed a great ability with the paintbrush in his mouth. Despite his limitations, he likes painting on large canvases of 70 x 90 centimeters.
