Short Biography
José Luis Torices Gutiérrez was born on 10 March 1969. At the age of 18 he came into contact with a high-voltage power line while working. Because he suffered such severe injuries the doctors had to amputate both his arms. By coincidence he heard about VDMFK and started taking art lessons. He predominantly paints still lives in oils.
