Short Biography
Born on November 29, 1942 in Fresno (Tolima), at the age of 18 he registers with the National Army. After 38 years in the army he suffered a gunshot wound causing him a serious trauma at the 5th. and 6th. cervical, resulting in quadriplegia. Since 1998 he has been dedicated to painting. Belisario self-teaches himself and loves to paint sceneries from his homeland. He became a part of the Association in 2007.
