Short Biography
She was born on July 17, 1990 in the City of Medellin (Antioquia) with a cerebral palsy disabling condition. Angela knows of the Association thanks to our artist Héctor Jairo Tamayo who gave her painting classes. She becomes a scholarship grantee in the year 2007, and is currently studying a program in Plastic Expressions at the Casa Taller Artesas Corporation. Watercolor is the technique that she mostly likes.
