Quintero Milciades NARVAEZ

Short Biography

He was born on February 24, 1957 in the City of Neiva (Huila). When he finished high school, and while working as a driver, he was involved in an accident that left him quadriplegic. When he ventured into painting, he proceeded to display a project in FOMCULTURA HUILA, which later granted him a scholarship to acquire his first knowledge in the art of painting. He offers a workshop in Composition and Color Contrast and additionally, has held collective exhibitions such as the one in the José Eustacio Rivera gallery at the Departmental Secretariat of Culture. He became a part of the Association of Painters in 2002.
