Blanca Zulima RODRIGUEZ SANGUINO

Short Biography

She was born on December 31, 1989 in Cucuta, North of Santander, and lives with her siblings and her mother. She has a physical condition called Phocomelia, which prevents the normal physical development of the body if the condition is severe, but does not affect the cognitive development. She is a self-taught artist and is currently in high school.  She is also taking private painting classes.
